Adding and Subtracting Integers!!

A) 5+-8=-3
because a negative+positive=negative!

+++++ (5 positive)
- - - - - - - - (8 negative)
THREE NEGATIVES LEFT!!

B) -4+10=6

- - - - (4 negatives)
++++++++++ (10 positives)

4 positives get canceled out by the 4 negatives and there is 6 positives left over.

C) 4-9=-5
4+5=9 and it is flipped.

D) -8-(-9)=17

8+9=17

negative minus a negative equals a positive!
